Chapter XIV: Aristeo Garcia
Aristeo Garcia Jr/Aristeo Luna Garcia III (commonly also called Alister/Alucard) is a 27-year-old (birthday 24th January, 1998) child predator native to Gautier, MS who famously proclaimed that he was attracted to 12 to 17-year-olds. Aristeo is currently engaged to a girl named Chery (23rd January 2024) and was recorded attempting to perform an act of domestic abuse. It is also assumed that he lifted his hands to Chery, the police were called twice but have refused to act (this was recorded). Unfortunately, there are many enablers in the community, and it is alleged the police were not contacted before myself and Godot inserting ourselves into the servers and group chats belonging to these people.
Recordings that were obtained are because of Godot and I, many of these interactions between Aristeo and Chery have not been recorded. However, the ones that have implied that Aristeo is incredibly abusive. Aristeo’s mother is also extremely abusive to Cherry, famously preventing her from speaking to the police when Godot had reported it twice. The police have failed to talk to everyone within that household. It was also noted that Chery had given birth to a child while with Aristeo, the child does not belong to Aristeo but a prior relationship. The child is under the full supervision of Aristeo’s mother, who had previously informed the police that nothing was going on in the house when it was made evident that Chery was being hit by Aristeo. Also, I would like to state that Chery is currently collecting SSI payments from the government, which ordinarily wouldn’t be worth mentioning if she was actually the one collecting the payments. However, Aristeo is collecting the payments.
In regards to Social Media at this current moment in time, it is up in the air about whether or not Aristeo uses Facebook, Instagram, X, or even YouTube. However, he is very active on Discord and does not shy away from usurping Chery’s accounts. It is also quite common for Aristeo to spy on Chery’s internet activity, resulting him in becoming extremely abusive.
Aristeo’s Mother Jennifer, famously deterred the police after they were called and informed them that Chery was not being assaulted by Aristeo. It is understood that Jennifer Steiner is widowed and commonly goes by her maiden name and not the name adopted after her marriage. Jennifer is believed to be complicit in not only the domestic abuse but also the child grooming done by Aristeo over the past several years.

It should be made aware to as many people as possible that Aristeo has abused his fiance several times, including harming her enough to leave marks. I was sent an image today (26th January, 2025) which clearly showed a mark that was left on her by Aristeo.
What has become very evident over the last week is the dominance of a role-play family that takes advantage of child predators to turn a profit, which ordinarily wouldn’t bother me. However, the evidence is being hidden purposefully by individuals in Golden’s RP family, who have gone out of their way to prevent information about Aristeo frombeing spread. This would also explain why the police have not been informed by these individuals before, as they are currently feeding off of Aristeo (and Cody) and their SSI payments.
