Chapter II – Breanna Seymour

**Breanna’s YouTube Channel as of November, 6th 2024.**

HumanRouge (Breanna Seymour) is a woman who has been active on YouTube for quite a while, she has since been embroiled in child grooming. She has potentially been doing illicit things with children for several years (I suspect up to 2-3 years). It must also be noted that she openly harasses children and involves herself with Streamyards ran by minors.

Breanna Seymour, 27.

Her personal identity and confessions to dating children.

Currently (as of November 6th, 2024) she is in a relationship with a 16-year-old boy, the same boy I have encountered several times who has openly confessed to desiring to have sex with 6-year-old girls.

Several recorded confessions by Breanna as well as an examination into her mental fortitude. Her ability to consent was called into question a lot during this video, and for clarity I have decided to make these recordings public.

It had become quite obvious to use during the confrontation that Angela (Breanna’s Mother) was actively trying to hide her daughter’s crimes online, blaming the step-mother for her harshness. The step-mother, Deana, has done everything in her power to prevent Breanna from accessing the internet.

A family member reached out to me a couple of months ago and since then Breanna has not been seen on social media. It can be said that her internet access has been massively restricted, Breanna is no longer a danger to children online.
